Jacaranda structure, seat and back with cane. This rocking chair is part of the first pieces created by Joaquim Tenreiro since the opening of his store Langenbach & Tenreiro in 1947. Tenreiro always favored the use of tropical hardwoods and materials that could adapt to the exotic temperatures of Brazil. The light structure and the combination of rosewood and woven cane of this chair illustrate the skilled craftmanship of the designer.
